We produce fabrications in our plants and provide after handover operational and technical services. Embracing each of these points and phases allows us to reduce potential risk, through managing practices, cost analysis, and quality control. Collaboration

Engineering
The engineering stage consists of several key components. We re-evaluate all fundamental aspects, calculations, materials and procedures to ensure highest forms of compliance, performance and safety. With our commitment to each part of the process, each element is evaluated until excellence is obtained.
Fabrication
The fabrication and manufacturing of materials are produced in our plants located in Italy. Under the watchful eyes of our own plant leadership and craftsmen, we apply rigid quality, precision and performance tests on façade systems as well as maintaining plant organization to efficiency of production.
Each process in fabrication gives us an opportunity for engineering, extrusion, fabrication and manufacturing personnel to review each and every key aspect of the system design.
We like to double-check everything: this is why our facades are so precise.
Possessing the ability to integrate all the phases of a job gives our teams the power to create system designs that coordinate every element of the project. This is most true for the fabrication, manufacturing and assembly phases.
Facade designs are modeled and produced with explicit attention to detail and double-checked by experienced fabrication leaders, to make sure that every element is accurately produced.
All components of our facade systems and special structures are assembled in the flagship assembly facilities in Italy.
A versatile plant layout and parallel assembly lines allow us to easily re-configure the workflow to accommodate the peculiar parameters of a facade. Inventory and in-progress production flow software provides real time data on all key data point of the workflow, thus ensuring a reliable project management.
This allows us to apply the strictest quality tests to our products, since only a thorough quality control process ensures the utmost efficiency. Quality control includes programs and tests to guarantee the compliance of every parameter.

Adjustment and enhancement are then incorporated into the final design.

Management
AZA US is dedicated to each stage of the project.
The ability to manage workflow, quality control from design and fabrication stages in our plants, stringently adhering to strict compliance requirement and preventing any errors, enables us to continue to seamlessly carry out the next phases of the project.
Delivery
We mange delivery to guarantee each piece of the façade is protected and packages to arrive in a timely manner, taking into account potential site constraints, storage issues, means of movement and costs affiliated.
Installation
Partnering with our licensed US team for on-site installation, we provide the utmost care and precision when installing façade systems.
We are present to support and be part of the operations of the install.
After Handover
Through the creation process is finished, we are not.
After the handover of the project, we provide technical and infrastructural services such as maintenance operations and inspections in partnership with the property management.
