ABOUT
The first CitizenM hotel in the US is located in the heart of New York, just off the corner of Broadway and 50th Street.
The building is a 80,000 Sq Ft, 21-story, 230-room hotel designed by Montroy Demarco Architecture LPP.
Conceived with an idea of space that makes it airy and bright, and maintaining the scale and design standards developed by the chain in its European locations, the building is minimalistic, modern, elegant and high-tech.
CitizenM NY keeps with the chain’s aesthetic as a whole.
The storefront facade – a 1,300 Sq Ft stick built – was developed by AZA US with mullion and transom profiles in order to minimize the glass supports and convey a clear feeling of open space.
CitizenM Hotel is a hospitality chain based in Amsterdam, offering both affordable and stylish accommodations that target tech-savvy international travelers.
